  13. @stex5131: I do have a business innovation methodology, but I only THINK that it works, I have not validated it. This is the reason I don’t give talks on that.

He is definitely able to do that. If his advises were on this topic, I would listen to him without a doubt. What I am really interested in is how he validated his idea? E.g. Did he do a randomized controlled study? Or do we have some case studies about Business Canvas?

Let’s see… He has the academic credentials to speak confidently on this topic, co-authored an international bestseller and built a business around it, fills conference rooms, and has you, me and others watch his presentations on Youtube. How’s that for “putting something on the table”? Speaking of which, what have you accomplished to talk this way? Have you devised a new methodology (or anything else for that matter) that would warrant your baseless criticism of other people’s work?

  18. You listen to what he says, you think what you just heard and then you decide if you want to believe him, trust him or whatever. It also helps if you do some research on him and on what he says.

  23. I wish this lecture has been given by some more mature person just to save the audience time, and go directly to the subject. Such novice young person like Alex Osterwalder will do nothing but fumbling and trying to prove he is clever and knowledgeable person at the expense of others. The guy is overexcited for being given such life opportunity of lecturing such audience.
